Returns
We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact us at thecalmaclub@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In original condition

Free from stains, damage, or alterations
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible.
Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Sample items

Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, socks, swimwear, masks)

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Correctly produced items that are no longer wanted

Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete customer information
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once processing or production has started, cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review and provide an appropriate solution.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We do not offer refunds or compensation for delays caused by:

Changes requested after placing the order
Refunds
If your request is approved:

Refunds are sent to the original payment method

Refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars)

Processing takes 7–10 business days (bank processing time not included)
Lost Packages
Claims for packages marked as delivered but not received, or lost in transit, must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Currency & Conversion
All prices and transactions are processed in USD.
If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees.
Refunds are issued in USD. We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates or conversion fees.
